Introduction

Welcome everyone to my blog. To start, I’m simply going to supply some background info on myself and explain what this is all about.

I am currently a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager at Our Island Real Estate. I’ve worked in both the medical and business field as a tech guy, and I finally decided to apply my background to Real Estate. I graduated with a Computer Engineering degree from NJIT, where I also undertook a Management minor. As a numbers guy, I realized that graduating with the Management minor would have kept me in school an extra semester and cost thousands more in tuition, so it simply didn’t make sense. I gained plenty of Management experience through years as a Project Engineer and a Business Analyst.

I have and always will operate as a professional. I couldn’t do it any other way. I intend on elevating the way we know of Real Estate today to a whole new level. I hope to make this possible through technology and a desire to educate buyers, sellers and investors alike.

I’m making a bold statement here today, but my goal is to make this the one stop information blog for Staten Island Real Estate. I’m young and ambitious and I have every intention of remaining in this profession. I look forward to maintaining the relationships I have already established and I will continue to put forth that extra effort to build new ones in the future.
